Ningbo Bowei Mould Metal Products Co., Ltd. is an enterprise that integrates the design and manufacture of moulds, die-casting of aluminum-zinc alloy and precision machining processing. Our company mainly produces various precision die-casting parts for communication, automobile and motorbike and electric appliance industries.

Our company has been appointed as a partner supplier of some well-known international companies, such as FUJITSU, ALCATEL, AXIS, ZTE, WILO etc. Our company has also established good technical cooperation with some scientific and research institutes and universities, such as Wuhan Posts and Telecommunications Science Research Institute.

We are located in Beilun, which is known as the Land of Mould Industry, near the container dock of Beilun Port in Ningbo and very close to the entrance of China Coastal Grand Express Way, enjoying a very convenient and advantageous geographic location.

Our company has an area of more than 8,000 square meters, a workshop with more than 10,000 square meters construction area. We also purchase a land area of 30mu (1mu=0.0667 hectares) in Chunxiao Industry Park for the purpose of establishing Ningbo Bowang Machinery Co., Ltd. A production line with annual capacity of 300,000 sets aluminium casting boxes is to be set up.

Our aim is: to be one of the first class communications aluminium enterprises in 5 years. At present our company has 60 various processing equipment, including 10 die casting machines, ranging from 280 tons to 1250 tons; more than 20 CNC machining centers from the USA and Korea, and various numerically-controlled equipment; test equipment like 3D coordinate device, spectrograph, defects detector, tension dynamometer and hardness tester.

We fully carry out the quality management system of ISO9001:2008 and TS16949, establish a modern enterprise management system that is up to the international standard. Since establishment, our company has been following the operating policy of survival by quality and development by reputation . We have become larger and larger and now have fixed assets of RMB30 million and more than 200 staff members including 10 people with senior technical titles and more than 30 people with medium technical titles.
